How do I create a Telegram session?
Create a private group or channel in Telegram first. Then create your session in Entervia, choose Telegram as the delivery method, and add the session details participants will see.
How do I connect my group or channel?
Start the Telegram connection from your session dashboard. Add the Entervia bot, @entervia_bot, as an administrator with permission to invite users by link, then send the generated /connect command inside the group or channel.
What happens after a participant pays?
Entervia confirms the booking and prepares personal access. After the participant connects their Telegram account, the bot sends a single-use invite and the dashboard shows their access status.

Open your private booking page and tap Continue in Telegram. When Telegram opens, tap Start; the bot connects your booking and sends your personal, single-use invite.
Why do I need to connect my Telegram account?
Connecting Telegram matches your confirmed booking with the correct Telegram user. This keeps the private group protected and ensures the invite is delivered only to you.
What if my Telegram invite does not arrive or work?
Open the private booking link in your confirmation email to check your access status and request the invite again. If it still does not work, contact the host for help.
